Printing Customer Service Representative

Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team. The Printing Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for resolving issues and requests in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, fast learner, and goal oriented.

Role and Responsibilities

  • NO REMOTE WORK
  • Responsible for managing customer projects from start to finish, including order entry through production scheduling.
  • Communicate with sales reps to understand project specs and requirements.
  • Interact with ERP software (Avanti) to enter jobs into the system, generate purchase orders, and schedule jobs for production.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Prepress, Large Format, Production, Warehouse, Accounting).

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the Printing Industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of graphic fundamentals and print layouts is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented, sense of urgency, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal team members as well as direct contact with clients
  • Positive attitude, a team player and someone that is not afraid to take on new challenges
